Default 1st Cheshire Rifle Volunteers find

Picked this one up this morning, looks old has no 'fixings' and I think there should be a POW plume? at the top, can anyone confirm this would be a head dress badge or for something else. It measures 46mm at it's widest.

Tony,

Just remembered, I had one of these badges when I used to collect to the Cheshires years ago.

It is the top left hand badge in the attached picture.
