Default MILITARY AND POLICE BUTTONS FOR ID

I have no idea what these are, can anyone help ?
The bottom left button has the letters CMR (or GMR ) between the bugle strings, and the motto AUCTO EPLEMDORE RESURGO.

Top left is a Generic Police button, bottom right is the General Post Office (GPO).

Default South Staffs ?

Thanks all for the quick ID. The top right could be South Staffs, but I've not seen one with the wreath before ?

Top right may be Staffordshire Rifle Volunteers.
A dotted background version is No. 273 in Ripley & Darmanin's booklet "Rifle Volunteer Buttons".
