Found on training area, probably worn on a 95 shirt, any ideas?

yes the DPM shirt that became issue in the 90s with the rank epaulette on the chest in similar fashion to the combat jacket of the same period, Kevin

nice find, could be that unknown regiment thetford horse militia regt ( mounted yeomanry) 1804 to 1804 and a half.

We have a Dutch sailor in the NATO building wears this rank, don't know what it is though.
