Default Postcard ID please

Hi Forum members,
Could anyone ID the Regt. of this unknown soldier please.
I intially though A&SH but now I am thinking KOSB because of the lack of kilt.

When 'blown up' it does look more the KOSB badge.

Looks like a man in a Service battalion of the KOSB. 1914 leather equipment and simplified tunic of late 1915 (Nov) through to early 1916 although they are seen later occasionally. Almost certainly in period before Somme battles of 1916,
