Ground Signallers patches

Hi all,

I have just acquired the top of the 2 patches shown. The lower one is a standard fairly modern patch for comparison. The other has a black background, the design is smaller and the rear seems to have a plastic on white, felt finish.

It looks as if it may be hand made.

Could be for another Service or Country???

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
