ALH tribute medal, etc.
Hi
Grateful for any comments on this gold tribute medal picked up some years back attached to the small typed card. From my own research, I know that there are a couple of small errors in the card but if anyone can confirm the last line? A friend then came up with this silver and enamel 4 ALH (?) sweetheart or association pin, 40mm from tip to tip of the boomerang. Much nicer than the photo would suggest as I was a bit "off" on the lighting. Not suggesting that the two have been together at any point but they make a nice paring. Time I cut back on some stuff so if you are serious, PM me. |

Hi
Thanks for the reply. I'd have to weigh it for you but it is a solid fob and not one of those two piece hollow affairs that look pretty substantial but tend to blow out of your hand with the passing breeze.... I've got a couple of those too! |

Just had it weighed and it comes out at 5.3 grams. There is an Australian jeweller's mark there that I've yet to look up.
Hope this helps. |
