Default 2 Sphinx collars for ID

Got these 2 recently and can't decide between Manchester or Lincolnshire Regt, am I on the right track?

I haven't had any of these type before so any help ID'ing them would be appreciated.

Bill

Its very like my early 20th foot collar, but mine has two lugs, I wouldn't mind completing the pair one day.
