Default CEF badge sale on ebay Pt 2

There is a nearly complete set of the infantry series of badges on ebay. The vendor is armyoutfitters, a member of this forum. Some scarce and rare badges along with the not so scarce.
Have a good look at the E-9 badge, a copy that was very difficult to tell from the original.
Caveat. For forum members information, I have no connection with the vendor or the sale.

I know next to nothing about CEF badges, but would recommend caution regarding the Military HQ badge. Great looking collection though, isn't it?

Certainly is. The prices though are the reason I stopped collecting Canadian badges at a very early stage, unbelievable how much some of them are worth, even the opening price.

I see Dave has added more listings this morning. Some extremely scarce and desireable badges for the CEF specialist.
That Canadian Military HQ badge is one to be treated with caution. Note that some of the CFA and other artillery badges are listed as repros. A couple are Dracs made.

Hey Doug
Can you please advise why you would recommend caution on the Military HQ badge? The few badges that I was sure are copies were listed as such in capital letters so that nobody thinks they are real when they are not. I do not know everything nor will I ever so I am always interested in learning more. Please let me know when you get a chance
regards
Dave
