Default royal monmouthshire royal engineers fs cap
a recent purchase, RMons RE coloured fs cap. I have never seen anything other than RE aa buttons for royal mons re caps post 1953

We wore std a/a RE buttons on our No2s and caps Jerry circa 2000

Indeed, I have two no.2 caps for R. Mons RE, both also have aa RE buttons

I remember seeing they did, but only pre staybrite, maybe only mess buttons
