Default NCO seaforth highlanders glengarry

I have a question abouth a glengarry I have reastablish. It's a dark bleu glen with a red torry. On the front is the 3-D seaforth Hignlanders two picese badge(one anthler is broken off)marker LUDLOW LONDON. But insted of the crown and L, I found only some remains of a bleu hackle feathers(on the photo is a new replaced old hackle), and ther are now other hols wher good be a lugs from the crown and L. M'n question is did the Canadians wher in WW1 or 2 the bleu hackle, or is that only Empire?

Regards,
Hans

This would not be Seaforth Highlanders of Canada as the only hackle worn was on the feather bonnet and that was white.
I believe the blue hackle was worn by The Queen 's Own Highlanders (Seaforth and Cameron) as it was a Camerons' distinction.
