The WH is the common copy with the voided letters I’m afraid.

While I am not familiar with this particular badge, the King Edwards School does not look good. Most OTC badges are very sharp in detail and well made, whereas this one is not.

The KES is not a badge that has been faked to my knowledge. It's not that rare. The absence of lugs does devalue it.

Has that particular badge ever actually had lugs upon it's reverse?

I think the reason the KES has never had any lugs is that it was a reject during manufacturing...however that is only my opinion based on the fact that i kind of have a source of the weird and wonderful in relation to badges of all kinds but there are some horrors mixed in with genuine 'out the back door' or 'chuck it in the skip' items

The WH and Norfolk came from seperate places however nice to know the Norfolk is genuine

The WH can go in my box that i've christened the black museum along with the KES

Thanks for the input
