Bedfordshire Regiment badge

Hi,

Can anyone provide some info on this badge? I suspect it’s pre-1919 and maybe an officers? But I am not at all sure. I’ve not been able to find an identical one anywhere online. Any thoughts?

It is an other ranks helmet plate circa 1881 to 1901 with a Bedfordshire Regiment centre, the helmets were part of Home Service Full Dress which was withdrawn in September 1914.
