I suspect the shoulder board upper left might be the Royal Motor Yacht Club, but cannot say that with 100% certainty.

BC, The lower two left look Royal Navy post 1953, but can't tell you what rank. Bottom right looks French due to the flag???

Sorry I'm not more help as I have only gone for QARNNS items re the navy, and am still learning about them.

The two left hand badges are RN officer cap badges, post-1952, but they are the first ones I have seen on that sort of oval-shaped template. The melton cloth backing is usually cut to follow the shape of the leaves or a sort of tombstone shape with the flat base.
The right hand one on square backing looks like a poor repro of a pre-1952 officer beret badge which hasn't been cut out yet.
The bottom right I think is Merchant Navy but I don't have access to my reference book at the moment so can't look it up.
Cheers,
Alex
