Default A Royal Signals TRF?

I have this DZ or TRF which I've not been able to positively identify. I'm thinking Royal Signals with the colours but other than that...?

Can anyone help?

Thank you..

Identified previously on the Forum as:
2282 (Somer) Squadron, Air Training Corps. 2282 (Somer) Squadron is the name of the squadron in Midsummer Norton, the 'Somer' part of the title comes from the river running through the town.
