Lincolnshire's but odd construction?

I assume this badge to be ok but construction seems odd, no evident fixings?

I know very little in relation to this badge, (in fact nothing at all ), but nevertheless I'm not a fan.

The quality of the front is not particularly good, the outline of The Sphinx appears very fuzzy, some of the lettering isn't too well formed and the Egypt tablet is wonky.

However, I may be wrong.

I would have to agree with Brian's assessment. Not the quality of metal or construction I would expect to see.
