Default Oman 3 Wings

Anyone any idea what the difference is between the crowned wing and the un-crowned wings please?
Also what is the Half wing?

The crossed saifs wings are the older version, contemporary to the observers wing. The Crowned wings come later when the airforce ceased to be under army command and become SOAF.
