Cool Australian army nursing service AANS WW1 arm patch

The quality of this patch looks as though it could have been made recently in the sub continent or elsewhere, the crown is poorly executed and as Luke has pointed out resembles a Queens Crown.

One of the copies I am afraid. Not sure why they were made... possibly reenactment/movie prop or even for collectors.

Clearly not a very knowledgeable dealer.... he is not sure whether it is WWI or WWII and thinks it is a cap badge!!!!
