Mounting my badges
Well after years I have finally started to mount my badges. How do they look so far?

Lovely. So is that one board or the different regiments on different small boards. Any reason for your choice of colours for the backgrounds ?

I have gone for shadowfoam 125 x 100 x 20mm in different colours, the only reason behind the colours is which one shows the badges off best. Next stage is to get a plastic engraved plaque for each board. I have a trial one on order. Regards Ian

Cool. I have a reverse philosophy about this subject and believe the mounting is just as important as the badges. I use the badges in a family tree type way to tell as story, usually a story of amalgamation unfortunately.
Working on an RDG frame at the mo as it happens. |

Its time consuming / hard work doing it this way, but it looks effective for sure. If you need any advice pm me.

Update
Hi Guys
An update, I got the trial plaque through today. The last bit to come together. I think I like the overall effect. |
