Nice Monmouthshire related album Eddie. Very nice to see the silver version and also the smaller silver type. Thanks for drawing my attention to it.
I also see you have some interesting items to the RMRE. Interestingly (or perhaps not) I spent a couple of years with the RMRE whilst I did an OND in Engineering - so good to see. Cheers Mark |

I see this is noted as the 3rd Battn Monmouthshire Officer Service Dress badge. Out of interest and I'm struggling to find info on this, what cap badge would an officer in same battalion in the Second World War wear when in Battledress? Would it be the same badge?
