Default Unknown Patch..winged wheel..Australian..?

Can anyone assist with identifying this winged wheel...think I have seen it 'somewhere' but the old cells are strained to a breaking point...much appreciate the assistance as usual..

Motor racing also use the 'winged wheel'. But I'll still opt for police motorcyclist.

I saw a Qld Police motorcyclist recently wearing a metal badge with a similar design.
