Default S.E.Asia Patch..?

Am not up to speed yet on these formation patches, if that is what this is....if anyone can identify this for me it would be greatly appreciated...saw one on Ebay but was gone before I could check it..

The formation sign you queried was worn in a variety of styles of manufacture over a period of at least 25 years by first, HQ Allied Land Forces, South East Asia, then HQ South East Asia Land Forces (SEALF) and latterly by GHQ Far East Land Forces (FARELF). In consequence, it's not an uncommon item - don't pay too much for an example of the later, printed version (as you illustrated).
