LRDG Fake on eBay
Despite the many warnings on this forum regarding the seller, Dave Empson, there are bids on this fake LRDG badge.
The badge is one of the so called "Bulgarian" fakes that originated in Greece and Bulgaria, cast from an original but well polished badge. Buyers beware of the fake rubbish this guy peddles... If in doubt ask on this forum or contact me direct regarding LRDG items. Let's try to enjoy the hobby, Keith

Hello Keith,
Having read some of your posts I thought I would do some research on the LRDG etc especially as a former colleagues Uncle served with them in the war. It then made me smile when I looked up LRDG etc on ebay, the regiment must have been about 50.000 strong! Yours Matti |

Fake LRDG
Keith, excellent stuff, well done for spotting the dud LRDG badges, I met someone the other day who asked me about a complete fake online he was bidding on, when I explained it was wrong he was glad he was the underbidder.
Crazy prices, crazy people . . ! Such is the power of SF badges. Rob |
