I have a copy of [U]Canadian Army Catalogue of Ordnance Stores, Stock Class 8455, Badges and Insignia[U] July 1961.
It has some great reference material for all Canadian Army badges at the time. Of interest, it shows St Edward and Tudor Crown cap badges.

Hello Phil, Does it include the cloth shoulder titles?

Yes, it includes cloth shoulder titles. Some of the badges look like they may have been obsolete at the time of publication.
