Default 2nd Bn Queens Own Royal West Kent Collar Badge?

Hi all. This came with a few other badges. I have not as yet been able to find reference to it in any of my books or online. Any information about this badge would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Question 2nd Bn Queens Own Royal West Kent

It appears to have the remainder of either a slider or a blade at the top, also something has been broken off the bottom by the looks of things, possibly another blade.

Could this have been an officers cap badge with either the gold gilt or bronzing polished off?

Rob

Its actually not a uniform badge , it from a bed cot plate or all know as a duty plate the 1st battalion ones are merely a collar badge .

As mentioned, not a headdress or uniform badge. Looks to be Indian (or other) made as well.
