Default Unknown White Metal Star Shaped Cap Badge With Coat of Arms

Does any forum member have any ideas what this cap badge is please? Well made, white metal badge with crimping mark on the slider . Will be offered for sale once identified.

No idea but the star suggests that it is not British whilst the heraldry s a family crest to me so a real mismatch.

To be exact:

School ACF badges wear their Regular Army badges.

It is not a CCF cap badge that I know of.

Pre 1940's cadet corps sometimes had their own badge and these are not well recorded but again this is not one I recognise.

The only other option is a VTC? They are not recorded in any detail so finding it will be a challenge.
