New Aeromed Evac Patch

I just received this nice little US patch for my Canadian medical collection. I don't normally collect US patches, but when I saw this picture of a Canadian Aeromed crewman wearing one I started looking for one and found one over here.





The fellow I got it from was an Aeromed Medic. He told me, and as I suspected, that it was quite common for countries to run joint exercises and that is why the patch appears on the Canadian uniform.
