RFC Collar Insignia Variation
I have a set of Canadian Scully marked RFC collars, which are the same size as the British ones (30 mm x 37 mm). I just picked up a single RFC Collar that is smaller in all measurements (24 mm x 28 mm). It looks almost squished and there is no gap between the "R" and "F"
Is this a mess kit or high collar version?

Mike, the Scully markings on the larger collars is on the long leg of the "R" near the post. With the coated finish its hard to get good definition on it but here are 2 pics. The lighter pic is under room lighting and harder to see. The darker pic is taken with a flash so it "lifts" the marking but looks a bit unnatural.
