Default RFC Wings

I just got my hands on these. I am assuming they are WW1.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
Sorry I do not think they are correct, the material is wrong to front and rear, and the lettering is clumsy look at the F in RFC.the wreath lacks detail and over all just don't shout original.
Original RFC bullion wings are exceedingly rare I have collected WW1 for forty years and only ever owned one so set.
The type you have , there was an influx of them in the 1990s I also had a set and got rid of them as I did not think they were correct .make your own mind up on this one. They wouldn't be in my collection sadly
Regards
Steve

Thanks. I had my suspicions when I received them, that's why I put them up on the forum.

Usual adage, if they seem too good to be true ....!

Again, many thanks
