This a one piece ROYAL WELSH FUSILIERS SHOULDER TITLE ?
The problem I have is in my reference books they only refer to a two piece and there seems to be no mention of a one peice .
Any ideas ?

Nothing wrong with it. There are quite a few variations of all the Fusilers titles.

if you read carefully what Westlake says about RWF titles, the t over 4/5/6/7 over grenade over RWF can be one piece or two piece, being t/4/grenade/RWF or t/4 over grenade/RWF though I assume they could also come in 3 or 4 pieces.
