Default 2 cloth badges for I.d please

Please see the attached photo of 2 badges which I cannot identify from my limited resources. The one with a sword is possibly an A.C.F badge but no idea about the other.
Any info would be much appreciated

The first looks something to do with London and the second related to Army Dental Corps.

The first one is the 19 general hospital RAMC second dont know

The first one depicts the shield from the centre of the Coat of Arms of the City of Bath.
