Default Need ID for two patches

Can anyone identify the two patches on the right. I know the left one is Control Commission Germany. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Marc. I had never heard of them. I have Googled them but have not yet found a match for either patch. There did seem to have been a cap badge. I will keep looking.

Default Girl's Training Corps

Hi Don

Here is the cap badge and a button of the Girl's Training Corps: I don't have either to hand at present but the cap badge is about an inch high.

Best

Graham

Graham,

Thanks. You have confirmed what I have found. I had never heard of either of these. Learn something everyday.

Don, the one on the left is the Control Commission Germany, a British Army post-WW2 badge.

Ooops! Should've read your post properly, Don, instead of stating the bleedin' obvious!

David,

I would never do something like that. If you believe this can I interest you in a bridge I have that is surplus to my needs?

Would it happen to be somewhere in the desert perhaps? Something that some of your countrymen thought was Tower Bridge? Not sure where I'd put it, but I know Ottawa is replacing one of its bridges right now (The whole city is under construction). Do you think I could con them into thinking it was...? Nah, better not go there!

David,

Thank you for bringing some mirth into an otherwise dull, rainy day.

Regards,
Don
