Elephant Collar Badges

Hi
Can anyone recognise the Badge on the Left please? I know Connaught Rangers and Seaforth used them. But this one has the Trunk connected to the ground with no Howdah. It is smaller, and fairly rough cast Bronze/Brass. looks to have been gilded originally.
P.S. Also, which Regt is the one on the right please?
