Certified Flag Signaller, Victorian Military Forces, from at least 1889 vide Victorian Government Gazette No 100 dated 27 September 1889.

Worn with crown above by Certified Army Signallers vide VMF Dress Regulations dated 2 June 1893.

The latter was also worn in Tasmania by infantry just prior to Federation.

Thank you Gentlemen for your replies.
Now I have to find the site where I saw it!
I might not be able to afford it anyway.

Regards Phil.

For sale on Ebay at present with similar early cloth items, prices far too high for me. See what happens with a little buyer resistance.
