What's this Badge/Pin Globe with wreath
Hello again
I have this bimetal globe with wreath, ca 3.5cm in diameter and a double pin on the back. It looks like it could be from WW1 or earlier? Does anyone have any knowledge as to what it is and when and where its from and what is it worth today? |

Hello Cointosser. When asking for valuations, members of the Forum like to know if these are being used for auction listings or sales.

RM officers' badge to be precise and probably much later than WW1.

I found it now, it's one from 1921-1923 so after WW1 but still has some age.
I put it on Ebay now with a start price of £15 as I seen on completed listings that the RM officers badges asking price seems around £16 plus postage. |

Sorry no I have not read this, my bad. I will add this to future posts.
I don't really know anything much about military badges or militaria but come across them quite often in auction houses, antiques fairs and car boots. If I remember correct I bought this one (and the other posts with inquiries I made on this forum) at an antiques and collector's auction in the UK together with some coins I was after at the time and never got around finding out what they were until now, I also have a ton of uniform buttons that were in the same lot. |
