A.C.F.
A job lot purchased this morning. The shoulder titles appear to have been cut down from a K.S.L.I or possibly Herefordshire L.I. title.
Is there any special significance in the colour of the chevron or its backing material? |

Lance Corporal chevron is in green on maize Light Infantry colours and worn by the KSLI and possibly Herefordshire LI. The ACF title would have been worn below a K.S.L.I. or HEREFORD LI shoulder title in the same colours. (Reversed to maize on green).
