Coat of arms looks the same as Heriot's Rugby Club... George Heriot's School? Pipe band insignia?

It is certainly something to do with Heriot's,
The motto, I Distribuet Chierfully, appears to be unconventionally spelled English but may possibly be Lowland Scots (Lallans). It is spelled (Spelt?) differently here http://www.heriot-curling.org.uk/report.htm and in standard english here http://armorial.library.utoronto.ca/stamp-owners/GEO002 In each case, though, it's the same crest. I think OTC is a good bet, unless school staff have or had a uniform?
