Default Is this military?

Is this a military badge, as it seems to show a tracked rocket launcher?
It came from France, and I wonder whether it is for some artillery training centre?
Again, any comments would be useful.

Mailly-le-Camp is a commune in the Aube department in north-central France. It also a training camp for the French armoured units.
