Default Duke of Lancaster's own Yeomanry (Royal Tank Regiment) question

Hello good people of the forum.
I've recently looked through Maj T.J. Edwards badge book, 5th(I think) addition, in it he states that when the Duke of Lancaster's Own Yeomanry amalgamated with 40/41 RTR the cap badge of the DOLOY was worn with RTR collar badges and tank arm badge by all ranks.
Is this true? And are there any photos of this.
Thank you for your time

Chris

I have had a trawl on the Internet. Their 1967 Co col N Phillips was RTR. Not been to find any photos. Their dress cap was 3rd Carabiniers, not sure how that all fits in. Never say never as Westminster DG SQN Royal Yeomanry wear tank patches/badges through their affiliations with RTR
