Default Un known O.T.C. badge

Hi,
have seen this badge on eBay and it is listed as unknown O.T.C. ?
has any one any idea what it might be.
it is a shield with crossed swards and then what looks like a bishops mitre but might be wrong.
sorry could not put the link to the eBay item as do not know how to do it.
any help with this badge or even how to post the link.

I don't think it is CLB but may be Church Army or similar.

This is a collar badge to the London Diocesan Church Lads Brigade.

My avatar shows the St Martin's Banner, which was dedicated to all those from the Church Lads Brigade who were killed in the 1st World War, some 20,000 men. It is in the safe keeping of the Dean and Chapter of Westminster Abbey.
