Default CAF Framed..!

Hi Gents,

In my ongoing quest to frame-up my favorite badges I've just finished my 1920's CAF badge (see below). This is a really cracking badge so I was motivated to do something special. It was rather tricky as I had to build up the frame on the back to accommodate the depth of the badge, also the frame is made from some sort of plaster, so I had to be careful screwing into it.

Nevertheless I'm thrilled with the result and have decided to continue to fill as much of the wall up as possible - my own insignia 'art gallery' if you will.

I thought I would share this latest effort with possibly the only chaps who would appreciate such fine 'art'..!

Cheers, Roy.

That is really cool! I think the frame sets the badge off perfectly!

Hi Mike,

Thanks for that, glad you like it. I tried a few frames before I settled on this one, it just seemed right and I'm thrilled with the end result.

Cheers, Roy.

Great selection of frame! They compliment each other so well, almost like a single piece.

Thanks Gents,

I'm pleased you liked it. As soon as it was up I was convinced it was the correct frame. Can't stop admiring the badge now every time I walk into the office. Of course my wife spotted it and wanted to know why there wasn't a photograph of her up....
