Default Unknown Black Watch

I have had a look through the forum albums but cannot correctly identify this badge. I presume it is Black Watch but what particular type and is it genuine? Looks ok with the older style loops and golden braize but not my area of collecting so any help welcomed please.
In line with forum rules I must advise that I will be looking to sell this on if it is genuine.
Hwyl,
Kevin

Appears to be the WW2 version.
