Random selection of some of my unknowns. I know very little about Naval insignia.

Bottom right is WWII era German navy.
Torpedo Weapons Control Foreman Grade 3.

The first one is German Bundeswehr Leistungsabzeichen (Stufe II in Silber)

Thank you. I assume its an arm badge, being one of matching pair? The lion faces the other way on all others Trinity House insignia. Any ides what the flaming torch indicates? (I assume that's what it is)

That’s correct yes. I at one point had a pair of epaulettes of this design and they were marked as Trinity House Instructors when I purchased them as part of an old lighthouse themed collection
