Default USAF Pilots Wings

The USAF wings came with a job lot of mainly British badges of the WW2 period,

On the reverse they are marked Sterling J A Myers & Co

Can any one give me a valuation please ? I have seen prices between £25 and £125 also am I correct in thinking they are WW2 period?

Thanks for looking.

Those are a very nice pin back pair of wings, and very possibly what are termed "presentation" wings - i.e. those that are given upon graduation of flight school. I have my fathers and they are the only pair in his 25+ plus years of serving in he USAAF and USAF. You can see his wings here.

Being maker marked, I would guess around $75 USD, but it has been awhile since I have pursued aviation items.
