Default Really cool skull 264 patch, but what is it?

Hi guys,

I found this really cool patch that is out of a photo album. But I don't know what it is!

I posted it on USMF and someone suggested it may be Canadian?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
-Steve

There was a German 264th Infantry Division, apparently it was destroyed in Yugoslavia so maybe its an old comrades badge?
