I will be selling it if it does not come within my collecting field.

This is GHQ India sign.

I think you will find GHQ India in red over dark blue with gold star.

I thought it might be the sign based on that of GHQ India worn by The Military Adviser in Chief to the Indian State Forces which is in these colours.
