I thought the early no mans land scenes were excellent and uniform detail bar a few minor points really well executed. Clearly dramatic effect plays a big part in a film designed in the main for an audience not steeped in WW1 history or the chain of command. It certainly had the audience in my cinema hooked for two hours. Mark |

What a blast I've had, certainly worth watching, but, if in a tiny digital screen cinema, avoid sitting in the centre of any auditorium where the surround sound system might be at it's most deafening, unless you really like it.
