Default Modified British System of Geographical Coordinates

Hope this may be of some use to members.
On my Grandads MM citation it gave the military map ref where he had won his MM.
After a bit of a search I came across this site echodelta.net which after following the link in the coordinates translater bar and choosing the area he was in action was able to find the exact location,It also gave a link to Map Quest which brought up the modern satellite image and coordinates.
