Fleet Air Arm rank badge picture wanted
On the blue battledress - No 5A or working dress - worn by Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm pilots the normal gold rank lace was represented by what an official publication called "woven yarn in the appropriate colours".
I have recorded an example worn by a wartime RNVR Fleet Air Arm officer - picture attached - but am looking for a similar illustration of an example with straight lace as worn by RN officers for use in my forthcoming cloth badge book. Can anyone help me with a useable image please? Jon
