No, it's just the earlier pattern as per the anod. al. cap badge, replaced by the more common version with the ends of the scroll peeled outwards towards the horizontal.

Hi all ,
This plate was produced 1992 ish prior to amalgamation with the QOH . They were still available for sale in the regimental PRI in 2006 . 3748 Hussar
