T/RAMC West Lancashire W/M Shoulder Title.
This S/T came attached to a Great War belt that appears to be largely original, although one or two badges appear to have been removed.
I am not yet sure if it is W/M or chromed as I have yet to remove it from the belt for cleaning. I am just wondering if such a shoulder title should exist and if so, who would have worn it? e.g. would they have had bandsmen? |

Thank you Chris, but perhaps I wasn't clear as I was refering to the White metal/chromed version.

I have seen a couple of others in WM but do not know if they were for different uniforms.
The Volunteers (as opposed to the Territorial Force) wore WM titles e.g. V|RAMC|NAME. Chris |

Hello,
3 tier TF Artillery titles can be found in GM for Service Dress and WM for Walking Out Dress (blues). I have had a full set of both for the Lancashire RFA and RGA units so can confirm your title does exist in WM. If it has copper loops its WM, if they are silver coloured loops then its a nickel plate added after its time of use. From the photos I would say its a WM one. regards

Thank you both for your input. It has copper loops so it is indeed W/M.
